We process personal data following the principles of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Analytics services, only with consent

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to understand how the site is used and to measure the effectiveness of our content. Both services load exclusively after you have consented in the cookie banner. Without consent, no tracking code is loaded and no cookie is set.

With analytics enabled, usage data (pages visited, time on page, approximate location, device information) is transmitted to Google or Meta; this may involve transfers to the USA. The legal basis is your consent.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of this website. After that, the services are no longer loaded.

Server logs

When you visit the website, our server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) in log files. This data serves exclusively the secure operation and error diagnosis of the site and is deleted after 30 days at the latest.

Enquiry form

When you request a meeting through the form, we process the data you provide (name, email, content of your enquiry) in order to respond. The legal basis is the initiation of a treatment or consulting relationship.

The data is stored in an access-protected database on a server in the EU. For email delivery we use the service Resend; your email address is transmitted to this service.

Health data and medical confidentiality

Health data you entrust to us in the course of an enquiry or treatment is subject to medical confidentiality. It is never used for marketing purposes and never sold or passed to third parties, unless you explicitly consent or a legal obligation requires it.

Your rights

You have the right at any time to information about the data stored about you, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Contact hello@phainon.health. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Retention

Enquiry data without a treatment relationship is deleted after 24 months at the latest. Medical documentation is subject to the statutory retention periods of the respective jurisdiction (in Switzerland usually 10 to 20 years).
